Making a Difference

Dependable Hands Incorporated is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization that has been in operation since 2010.  It is a grassroots organization of volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of the homeless and less fortunate individuals in the community. Since 2010, Dependable Hands has provided food, clothing, and basic necessities for the homeless and individuals in need in Madison County, Limestone County and surrounding communities in North Alabama. Click on the picture above to learn more about what we do.

There are many opportunities to volunteer with us throughout the year.  Every Sunday at 3:00pm, we serve meals at the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library.  Each year, in November, we host Genesis 4:9 - "I Am My Brother's Keeper" - a weekend off the streets for the homeless in the community.  Contact us for more information about these and other activities.  Click on the picture above to volunteer with us.
